Qloaked's DMCA Policy and Procedures

Since we respect artist and content owner rights, it is Qloaked's policy to respond to alleged infringement notices that fully comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"). Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and inform them that we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer.

Termination for Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Qloaked has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of Users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Qloaked may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any Users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
